Competency Declaration
In order for TransGrid to ensure that mobile plant operator competencies are maintained, Delivery Partner’s employees (workers) must have reasonable recent use and experience or undergo refresher training as required by TransGrid.

The purpose of this document is for the employers to confirm that their individual employees (workers) have maintained their relevant mobile plant operator competencies.

I verify that the above mentioned employee:
- Has had ongoing relevant work experience over the last five years in their above mentioned nominated Mobile Plant operations;
- Holds the above High Risk/Mobile Plant licence(s) and those licence(s) remain current;
- If mobile plant does not require a High Risk Licence, holds appropriate statement of attainment or training for mobile plant listed;
- Has not had any incidents in the last five years (or, if an incident has occurred, the employee has subsequently undergone refresher training for which evidence is provided);
- Is competent to carry out the above-mentioned Mobile Plant operations in accordance with statutory and site requirements; and
- Has been trained in all relevant safe work procedures;
